Sorry about the delay getting back to you. I started out coaching 5-6 year olds for three years, did 7-8 year olds for 1, 9-10 year olds for three years and I'm about to do 5-6 year olds this year. I'm going for the cycle. lol. What about yourself? What age group are you coaching?

The team looked great this year. we finished 5-1-1 and tied for second in the league. This was a fun year to coach and cannot waite to coach again next year.

To answer your question, we use full CFL rules apart from using 4 downs with the must pass rule.

As far as opposing defenses go, we see a mix of zone and man at the bantam level, with a lot of emphasis on blitzing and high pressure. The 4-4 stack has become almost a go-to as a high pressure defense, with the Sting as the standard 3rd and long D set.
